I am blessed to be able to help people every day to relax, relieve stress, and reduce pain. I use a blend of techniques that I learned at Fox Valley School fo Massage. Basic Swedish massage strokes, deep tissue stripping and acupressure to relieve knots, a bit of refloxolgy, polarity, and reiki to bring peace and harmony to my clients. I have further training in reiki, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. I'm also versed in Kineseotaping and assisted stretching techniques. I've always used my healing touch to calm, balance, and restore. 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Please respect our time. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Exceptions will be made for health and other circumstances beyond our control.

No-shows
If you 'forget' or consciously choose to miss your appointment, you will be considered a No-show and  will be charged for your “missed” appointment. Please respect our time.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Please be on time.

If you are feeling ill, feverish, vomatrocious, or otherwise are unwell or have been around a contagion filled individual, PLEASE CANCEL! For your health, my health, and the health of the other clients I serve, please PLEASE CANCEL! No penalties or questions asked, just my wish that you feel better soon.
